This 60-minute private class is entirely customized around you!  Every session is thoughtfully curated to align with your unique needs, goals, and where you are in this moment. Whether you’re craving an energizing Power Flow, a grounding Hatha or Vinyasa practice, a strength-building Sculpt session, or a deeply restorative Yin experience, Zoë will craft a mindful movement practice that feels supportive, inspiring, and completely tailored to YOU.

Each session begins and ends with a dash of mindful meditation & breath-work to help you feel grounded, centered, and deeply connected to yourself. Zoë specializes in yoga for injury recovery, building strength, stress relief, and enhancing mobility and flexibility.

The thing I really like about practicing with Zoë is that the slowness allows you to come into the poses with maximal stretching and strength. One hour feels like a really good workout.   • Zoe was amazing! My first time doing yoga in over two years and it was great. She set a great pace, and left a lot of room for flexibility for newcomers who couldn’t do the certain/ more advanced moves. It felt really balanced. The studio was also very clean and welcoming.
